Sometimes, Maytag electric dryer is affected with problems. If you don’t know how to fix it, you have to call the technician and should pay him lot money. To avoid this, here we are giving some Maytag Clothes Dryer Troubleshooting instructions, which are very much easier to follow.

First disconnect the dryer from the power supply and keep a putty knife in between the front panel and top cover to lower the locking clip. Remove both screws and top on any one side of the front panel back flange.

Now, detach the front panel, and check the connections between two wire harnesses, on the lower front right side. Troubleshoot both blower and motor by taking off the 3 screws at the drum front side that grip the blower bucket. Take off the duct out and detach the 9 screws which connect the blower top panel; then, detach the panel.

Now, unplug the motor wiring harness connector and make blower assembly to rotate by dragging the left side. Then detach the blower gathering. Then detach the wheel of blower from assembly with the help of a wrench on the back side of the motor shaft and with second wrench, hold the nut wheel; now, detach the nut.
